The Marriott Cool Springs, Franklin, TN

In early August 2015, we began a $4.8 million total renovation of the Marriott Cool Springs.

This is a 45,000 sq. ft. project with a total of 300 guest room for total renovation. This renovation included a 29,000 sq. ft. conference center, restaurant, bar, fitness center, swimming pool, and a ballroom that accommodates up to 1,900 guests. The renovation also expanded into the fitness center, meeting spaces and the hotel lobby.

All of this was done on an accelerated schedule of four months and included renovation, VWC, paint, floors, air walls, lighting, FFE, bar and restaurant equipment, new registration desk and sundry. This project is scheduled to be completed December 1st 2015.
